Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
- Maintain grounds and common areas.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
Location: Old Ash Village II Apartments, New Haven, WV 25265.
