Maintenance Technician - Montgomery, WV

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
Maintain grounds and common areas.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of maintenance.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently.

Location: Cavalier Heights Apartments, Montgomery, WV 25136.
